She brings deep understanding, patience, and empathy to her work – fostering an environment where children can build skills, confidence, and healthy relationships, and where parents don’t feel alone.

She focuses on areas where the system often fails. Michaela organizes leisure activities for children with autism, residential and day camps, and provides support for families who often face exhaustion, isolation, and lack of understanding from their surroundings. Her work contributes significantly to destigmatizing autism.
