Founder and director of the organization International Prison Fellowship Czech Republic, which courageously opens public dialogue on incarceration, justice, and human dignity.

She has long worked with people serving prison sentences, their families – especially the children of incarcerated parents – and also with victims of crime. Through programs based on the principles of restorative justice, she helps rebuild trust, supports reconciliation, and offers a chance for a new beginning.

Under her leadership, initiatives such as the following have been created: Angel Tree (Christmas gifts for prisoners’ children from their parents), summer camps and year-round support for so-called “forgotten children” (children with a parent in prison), and dialogue meetings between victims and offenders in a safe and structured setting, among others.
